Lottery Syndicate - The Only Way To Boost Your Chances of Winning

Winning the lottery is a matter of statistics. There are no magic numbers, hot tips or insider information that can help you. It is, quite literally, a numbers game. In fact, if you are using any system other than random selection to choose your numbers then you could be reducing your chances of a big win - but more about that later.
The only way to increase your chances of winning is to play more often - and it's better to buy more tickets for one draw than it is to play once a week over a number of weeks. Why is that?
Consider the simple case of a coin toss. You're going to bet on heads or tails - it doesn't matter which one. What are the odds of winning? One in two of course.
Now suppose you've tossed the coin and lost. If you toss it again and make another bet what are the odds of winning now? Still one in two aren't they.
And so it is when you play the lottery. If you buy one ticket this week and one ticket next week, then your odds of winning are unchanged. However, if you buy two tickets one week and skip playing the next, then your expenditure is the same but your odds of winning are twice as good.
The odds against you are still huge of course. To make a real impact on the odds you would need to buy hundreds, or thousands, of tickets. It's not really feasible for a single player to buy enough tickets to guarantee a win. That's why many people play in a lottery syndicate. It allows them to tip the odds in their favour by playing more numbers but it spreads the cost among more players. It's a reasonable trade off - as long as the syndicate isn't so large that the winnings are being split too many ways, this is a very effective way to play the lottery.
